Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit. All packages returned to sender due to customer error may be reshipped or refunded for a $5 fee.

Processing Time

All orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing next business day. Orders placed after 4:00pm EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please take into consideration the 24-48 hour processing time.

Domestic Delivery Time

Orders shipped USPS Priority are sent on a 1-3 day service once they have completed processing. All USPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer and is the responsibility of the carrier.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will fulfill the remainder of your order and provide you with an estimated ship date of the backordered item(s).
