My name is Lauren, founder of Skintuition. I have been a licensed esthetician since 2001, and have worked in the spa industry ever since! I opened Skintuition in June of 2014.

Owning and operating this business has been the most rewarding experience I have ever had. At this point in my journey of business ownership, I have taken a step back from 'behind the chair' to focus solely on managing the growing business of Skintuition. My main focus is to fine tune every detail of your Skintuition experience so that your time with us is comfortable, professional, and extraordinary.

I am a Rochester Hills Michigan girl, born and raised. I am married to my wonderful husband Phil, and mommy to our 2 cats- Grapefruit and Basil. While I am not focusing on Skintuition, I love to travel, cook, enjoy wine, shop online, decorate my house, and spend time with my family and friends.

Spa Director/Esthetician

Hey, I'm Cami! I started at Skintuition in 2016 as a Guest Concierge, and after graduating from college, I accepted the full-time position of Spa Director. Serving our guests and leading the Skintuition team everyday gives me such joy! My ultimate goal is to ensure everyone feels safe and satisfied when visiting Skintuition.

I completed an Esthetics Apprenticeship here at Skintuition in 2021 to further my skincare knowledge and better serve our clients. I am now proudly a licensed esthetician!

When I'm not managing the spa, I love to spend time with my husband, Scott, and our two kitty boys, Niko and Loki. Hi, my name is Amber! I am the Assistant Spa Director here at Skintuition.
 
I started off as a client back in 2014, and have had the privilege of working with this amazing team here since May of 2021!

Outside of work, I’m an avid gym-goer and bodybuilder, I love the discipline and strength it brings to my daily life. I’m also a proud dog mom—spending time with my pup (child) is one of my favorite ways to unwind. When I’m not at work or the gym, you can find me at home with my doggo, experimenting in the kitchen, making top tier girl dinners with espresso martinis & charcuterie, planning my next trip, and finding new ways to challenge myself and grow.

I love having the opportunity to connect with our clients on a day to day basis–it's truly my favorite to hear your latest life updates and be here alongside your skincare journey. I look forward to assisting you, and seeing you soon!

Hello! Steph here :) 

I’ve been an esthetician since 2017 and started my career at Skintuition in 2019! I absolutely love what I do; taking care of clients and friends and making everyone feel fabulous. I could do waxing all day, in fact I’ve done it before, from brazilian to an underarm to a full leg and then back up to a brow. I love giving a good facial too, my favorite is to see you relax and help your skin with both in room treatments and your at-home skincare.  

I’ve got a little guy, Winston Lee, he was born January 12th of 2023. We were graced with baby number two August 6th, 2024 - a little girl, Flora Lou! Then, we most recently welcomed baby number three - Finley Gray, on January 12th, 2026! Oo, my hubby too, Jeff! We’ve been married since November 2nd, 2019.

My name is Hope, and I have worked as a licensed esthetician since 2018, after graduating from Douglas J Aveda Institute.

I joined the Skintuition team in August of 2020. I feel so grateful that I get to spend my days making people feel pampered & beautiful. Helping my clients reach their skin goals is my personal passion, as well as educating my clients on how to take care of their skin at home. My favorite service to perform is our Hydrafacial Deluxe with the dermaplaning. Everyone loves the deep clean it provides, and seeing what these can do monthly for your skin is a game changer for almost all skin types.

Outside of work, I like to spend my time with my husband Nick, and our dog children, Bean & Darwin. Nick loves to cook, and the dogs & I love to taste-test ;) I’m a firm believer that you can never have too many houseplants, and I can make a mean margarita.

If I’m your esthetician, you can trust I’ll give your skin the time and attention that I’d give my own!

Hi, my name is Jessica. I’ve been a Licensed Esthetician at Skintuition since 2021. I absolutely love being able to go on a skincare journey with each of my clients and help them reach their skincare goals and feel confident. My favorite service is dermaplaning with a Hydrafacial. It’s such a good refresh for your skin and will leave you silky smooth and glowing (and getting to look at the gunk jar after is so satisfying).

Outside of work, I love baking tons of sweet treats and I've recently found my new favorite cookie and brownie recipes! I also enjoy cooking and spending quality time with my husband, Collin. We got married November 2nd, 2025!! Our favorite thing is having cozy game nights together. We are both pretty competitive so it makes for an interesting game night - my favorite part is when I end up beating him!

This past year has brought so many exciting changes, and we're so blessed to be expecting our first baby this summer. I'm so excited for all the new adventures ahead, both in life and in my career - and I can’t wait to meet you and help you relax and achieve all your skincare goals!

Hello! My name is Amelia and I'm honored to be working alongside the talented ladies at Skintuition. I started at Skintuition in 2022 as a Guest Concierge and briefly left to get my esthetics license from Douglas J. Aveda Institute and became fully licensed in July 2023.

My love of skincare likely started because of my mom. From a young age she taught me the importance of wearing sunscreen and buying higher quality skincare and makeup products. I love learning about and trying out new products! I love giving my clients a great facial. Helping my clients achieve their skincare goals while also helping them relax and feel rejuvenated is my passion. I truly believe you can’t pour from an empty cup. Gift yourself some time for self care—you deserve it!

When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with our family outdoors. I'm married to my college sweetheart, David, and we have two children who light up my world. Our dog, Twila, is my little shadow and she holds a pretty special place in my heart too. (Yes, she is named after Twyla on Schitt's Creek!). The mountains and lakes are our happy place. We love skiing together in the winter and enjoy summer days on our boat on all of the amazing lakes in our area. I feel blessed to call Rochester our home.

Hi! I’m Makenzee, a licensed esthetician dedicated to helping you feel confident and radiant in your skin. I graduated from Michigan College of Beauty and earned my esthetics license in 2023.

I joined Skintuition in December of 2023. Being part of a team of inspiring, knowledgeable women who love what they do has been such a gift. I personally love giving (and receiving!) airbrush tans. They're such a fun boost and will have you feeling glowing and ready for any event in your life.

You’ll see me both in the treatment room and occasionally helping out up front—so if you spot me at the desk, please say hi! I’m always happy to help or answer any skincare questions you may have.

When I’m not caring for clients, you can usually find me cozying up under a heated blanket with a new book, planning my next trip, searching for inspiration for my next nail set, or enjoying my latest hobby—yoga, which I recently started and absolutely love.

Hi! I’m Faith, a licensed esthetician here at Skintuition. I’ve actually been a client since 2017, and have had the privilege of beginning my career here in January 2026, which truly feels like a full-circle moment. You might already recognize me- my sister Amber is our amazing assistant Spa Director! Hearing about how much she loves Skintuition- the staff, the clients, the products, and everything in between made me dream of working here. I’ve always wanted to be an esthetician, and had hoped to be part of this incredible Skintuition team. Luckily for me, that’s just what happened, and I wouldn’t have it any other way :)

I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin. I am a firm believer that consistency is key, so come see me for your monthly facials! Beyond that, I would love to assist you in choosing the best at-home regimen to support your results. I’m committed to supporting and guiding your skincare journey every step of the way.

You can usually find me at the front desk or in the treatment room, but when I’m not in the spa, I love spending time with friends and family, trying new crafts, shopping, cooking, and scrolling on Pinterest for inspiration for just about anything.

Hi, my name is Skylar! I have been a licensed esthetician since 2021 after graduating from Michigan College of Beauty, and joined the Skintuition team in 2026. I have been a client at Skintuition since I was in high school coming for spray tans and facials, and I fell in love with the environment and all the services offered.

I have been passionate about all things beauty since a young age. I have many years of experience in full body waxing, but I still love me a good facial! Especially a Hydrafacial with dermaplaning, can’t go wrong with that glass skin combo!

When I’m not at work I enjoy relaxing, shopping, grabbing a good bite to eat with an iced latte, and hanging out with family and friends.

I am so excited to be a part of the Skintuition team and give all my clients an amazing experience and make them feel even more beautiful walking out of the spa!

Hi everyone! My name is Gianna and I’ve been a Licensed Esthetician since 2023 after
graduating from Michigan College of Beauty. I recently joined Skintuition in January of 2026 and I’m so excited to be apart of this amazing team doing what I love!

Being able to make people feel beautiful and confident in their skin is one of the many reasons I love my job! I enjoy doing all of the services we offer here, but I would have to say my absolute favorites are performing airbrush tans and facials - whether it be a Hydrafacial or a good custom facial!

Meeting your skincare goals is just as important to me as it is to you, and I can assure you I’ll give you the time and care your skin needs being your Esthetician! I love seeing clients results and knowing I was able to help get that boost of confidence just from a little pampering and sharing my skin knowledge. That’s what makes doing this everyday so worth it!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and going to the gym! Mine and my boyfriend's newest obsession is going to Choco Mania to get the dubai chocolate strawberry cups as our little sweet treat, if you haven't tried them yet, you're missing out!!

Hello, hello! I’m Kelly and I LOVE Skintuition! It was love at first sight when I got my first spray tan over 10 years ago!
I joined the Guest Concierge team in July of 2019, and I love my job! Skintuition is definitely my happy place. The talented team of women I work with is inspiring! Maybe one day I will be an esthetician.
I am the lucky mom of 2 adult boys and 3 cats! I am also blessed with the best husband of 27 years!

Hi, my name is Angie! I fell in love with Skintuition as a client and joined the Guest Concierge team in October 2021.
When my sister, Kelly, mentioned an employment opportunity at Skintuition, I reached out right away! Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff is amazing, the environment is calm, it smells great and the products are the best!

I have a very fun husband of 27 years that is obsessed with cast iron pans, grilling and his pizza oven. I also have three adult children that I adore and two dogs (Tako and Dairy). I enjoy cooking, interior design, walking my dogs and spending time with my family and friends.
